Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns on saleable, unworn clothes with the original sales receipt/packaging tags attached. Returns will not be accepted without the original sales receipt or packing slip. All returns are subject to verification of original sale, and we reserve the right to limit returns, in accordance with the policies outlined below.
All online orders must be returned by mail to our warehouse.
Items must be returned within 3 working days of shipment date for customers in Nigeria, or within 14 working days of shipment date for customers outside Nigeria.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – DOMESTIC ORDERS
For easy returns through shopnaijakids.com, click the “START RETURN” button above. You will need your order number and billing code to process your return.
Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return-shipping number for a fee, which will be deducted from your total refund.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
To return an international order, please email info@naijakids.com with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a return authorization number.
You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid number to be processed and sent via email.
If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, will provide you with a refund of the price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of shipping, taxes and duties. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to post to your account.
